The Southern Regional Lead and Healthy Homes Coalition fights the threat of lead poisoning in Southern New Jersey and educates the community on healthy housing, cleaning and renovation practices. Coalition membership represents a range of public health professionals and community members in South Jersey, including nurses, lead inspectors and representatives from health departments and hospitals. The coalition offers free educational materials, home safety trainings and lead dust kits for residents to test their homes for toxic lead paint hazards.
